A Different Sense of Reality for Women

A Different Sense of Reality for Women

As I’ve been preparing my Radiant You! Course, talking to women about what I’m up to here, I’ve realized it’s really nothing short of creating a different sense of reality for women – one that focuses on the enjoyment of life, on ease and pleasure and confidence and relaxation.  It’s about feeling on purpose in our lives, and relishing the sense of accomplishment and pleasure that come when we are connected to who we really are.  Radiant You! is about coming into alignment with the beautiful, brilliant, creative, wise, confident women we already are.

Over the years I’ve come to realize that our perceived shortcomings as women are not personal – they are collective issues that must be solved collaboratively and creatively.  When women come together with the intention of creating greater meaning, vitality and joy in their lives, something magical happens.  A collective field is established that acts as a catalyst for positive change and growth.  We find reassurance in knowing that we are not alone in our struggles.  We begin to depersonalize our issues and look for creative, generative ways to resolve them.  We realize that we are here for a reason, that we are inherently valuable and worthy, that we don’t have to prove ourselves or justify our existence in order to thrive.  That we do not have to be good in order to create goodness.  That we have something unique and essential to bring to the world, and that being fully ourselves in every moment is what brings the sense of happiness and fulfillment we all yearn for.   These ideas are the impulse behind Radiant You!

I thought a good way to introduce you to what this course offers is to describe what a typical day might feel like as Radiant You!  So here goes . . .

To begin with, you awaken feeling alive, full of enthusiasm for the day ahead. When you look in the mirror you like who you see. You relish taking time to prepare yourself for the coming day – you notice that this feels like a pleasure rather than a chore.  The food choices you make throughout the day feel natural and easy.  You feel a sense of spaciousness and ease in your body that extends out into the day.  You recognize that there’s no need to rush, and you appreciate the sense of relaxation and contentment you feel as you go about your day.

The work you have chosen to engage in draws you in and invites you to play.  You feel confident about who you are and your purpose for being here.  Your interactions with others bring a sense of pleasure and connection – you are uplifted by the people around you and can feel that others respect you and appreciate you for who you are.  The day seems to go by without effort or strain, as you are fully engaged in each moment.  You take time during the day to relax with friends or family and delight in doing small things that bring you great pleasure.  You fall asleep easily, knowing that tomorrow will be another opportunity to enjoy life and create greater meaning and pleasure – for yourself and for others.

Does this sound too good to be true?  If so, then Radiant You! is just what the doctor ordered, because it will reconnect you to the inherent goodness and magic of life itself, as well as your own power to create whatever you desire.  If, on the other hand, the scenario above evokes a YES! response, you’re already on your way.  In either case, I welcome your questions, queries, comments, and insights.  I look forward to creating with you!

Yours in Radiance!

Lee

  1. Wow, that sounds like a great day! I think Radiant You! could be expanded to be Radiant Us! Yes, we all must depersonalize our issues, and our joys, making them available to the collective.

Nice website, too. It is easy to navigate, friendly, and informative. I hope you keep us up to date with your blogs. Connected is good, and your blogs are fun to read.

  2. Thanks for the positive feedback Rick. And yes – this course is oriented towards women, but I’m certain that what I’m exploring here is equally relevant for men. Perhaps once I get my footing here, this work will evolve into Radiant Us!
